Dear Daniel,
Congratulations on acquiring the Neostyle Nautic Style “TCB” sunglasses that Elvis owned and wore in the 1972 movie “Elvis On Tour”. This will make a great addition to your collection. I wanted to let you know that I also signed a certificate of authenticity letter for Erik Dorr of the Gettysburg Museum in Pennsylvania here in the USA when he owned the glasses. The letter is on a tan parchment style stationery in letterhead form. You have a COA signed by me on Elvis Presley Museum, Inc. on gold bordered certificate paper. I wanted to mention the other authentication so there is not any confusion. Technically, there are two types of authentications from me for these glasses trusting you have the original COA from Mr. Dorr of the Gettysburg Museum.
As mentioned, I carefully examined the glasses while viewing a video of the 1972 MGM movie, “Elvis On Tour” and photographic evidence as well. They were made by Dennis Roberts, owner of Optique Boutique in Beverly Hills, California who made numerous glasses for Elvis and other known celebrities. These Elvis glasses have brown non-prescription lenses and have 14k gold “TCB” logos on the sides. The screws holding the “TCB” logos are properly placed and consistent to other known Elvis-owned pairs of glasses. The arms do not have springs on them whereas the new models do. Furthermore, the chip in the lens matches up perfectly with the photos of Elvis wearing these glasses in the outtakes for the movie.
Being that I have personally owned and handled many similar pairs of Elvis’ glasses as owner of the Elvis Presley Museum, Inc., it is my opinion that these glasses were owned and worn by Elvis during the filming of the MGM movie “Elvis On Tour” in 1972. Again, congratulations on this treasured find.
If you have any further questions please let me know, I’m happy to help if I can.
All my best to you my friend,

Neostyle Nautic TCB Sunglasses
Elvis' personally owned and very well worn Neostyle Nautic TCB Sunglasses that Elvis wore during filming of his 1972 MGM movie 'Elvis On Tour. These sunglasses. were manufactured in Germany by Neostyle in the early 1970's and were customized by Dennis Roberts of Optique Originals of Beverly Hills, CA who ordered this style of glasses for Elvis and at times would change standard lenses with optical resin lenses which were more durable and would embellish with Elvis' TCB logo. On the outside of each arm near the temple is a solid 14k gold TCB with lightning bolt. Inside the right arm is stamped NEOSTYLE Made in Germany 140" & two soldering dots from where the TCB was attached from the inside out. On the inside of the left arm is soldering dots & stamped "140 Nautic 822 60 (square shape) 18". These iconic sunglasses are truly a historical piece of Elvis History.

"TCB" Glasses Owned And Worn By Elvis In The Movie "On Tour"
To Whom It May Concern,
I have carefully examined this pair of glasses. They were made by Dennis Roberts for Elvis Presley. They have brown non-prescription lenses. They have the proper 14 caret gold "TCB" logos on the sides. The arms have no springs like the newer models. The screws that hold the "TCB" logos are proper and consistent to other known Elvis owned pairs. The chip in the lens matches up perfectly with photos of Elvis wearing these glasses in the outtakes for the 1972 MGM movie "On Tour". I have personally examined the glasses along with the video and photographic evidence. I have personally owned and handled many similar pairs of Elvis' glasses as owner of "The Elvis Presley Museum". It is my opinion that these glasses were owned and worn by Elvis Presley during the filming of "On Tour" in 1972. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
